• A 30% deposit is required with all bookings.
• A booking cannot be confirmed until Doolin Bus has received all the itinerary for the group traveling along with the 30% deposit which is non refundable
• Bookings will be confirmed to all customers by e-mail, fax or by letter from our office.
• All travel must be paid for in full within 30 days before travel commences unless otherwise agreed. All prices are quoted in euro.
• Late bookings can be accommodated subject to availability.
• Where the drivers accommodation has been pre booked and paid for in full by Doolin Bus Hire - you the hirer are liable for a complete refund of the cost to Doolin Bus Hire.
• In the event of a cancellation of any part of your travel itinerary, you the customer must supply Lahinch Bus Hire with written confirmation and the following charges will apply:

- Any cancellation form the time of booking up until 12 weeks to the travel dates 30% booking fee
- 8-12 weeks prior to the intended travel dates, 30% of the total cost and the deposit
- 4-8 weeks prior to the intended travel dates, 50% of the total cost and the deposit
- Within 4 weeks to the intended travel dates, 100% of the total cost and the deposit

• Doolin Bus Hire accepts no responsibility for incorrect e-mail or inability to deliver mail. If your confirmation does not arrive you must ask us to resend it. It is the customer's responsibility to check the accuracy of dates booked upon receipt of the travel documentation.
• Doolin Bus Hire does not accept responsibility for the theft, loss, damage to personal belongings to our customers at any stage of your travel with us. All our vehicles are insured to international standards. Doolin Bus Hire would recommend that you take out comprehensive insurance for cancellation, medical expenses, personal accident, personal baggage, money and public liability before you travel.
• Doolin Bus Hire reserves the right to alter the itinerary at any time at our discretion in the event of happenings outside of our control.
• During your travel with us your driver/tour guide may take photographs and films of you and your group. These may be used by Doolin Bus Hire for their brochures and advertising without obtaining any further consent or payment in respect of such photographs/films.
• Doolin Bus Hire representatives must be obeyed at all times during the travel. Failure to obey Doolin Bus Hire representative will result in you being asked to leave. You will not be entitled to any refund.
